Job Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Conglomerates various Estates in line with World class standards,

Responsibilities
- The successful Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the Conglomerate’s Real Estate related activities, which includes Strategy, Site selection, Lease Negotiation, Approval processes and existing Portfolio management (Rentals, Lease payment etc).
Specific responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Developing and executing Real Estate and Capital Expenditure Strategies.
- Managing and maintaining existing portfolio.
- Overseeing all Construction activities.
- Partnering with the internal Legal team to negotiate all business terms on new deals and existing portfolio.
- Developing strategic planning for all other Real Estate related matters, including Facilities.
- Developing and monitoring Real Estate Budget for both Lease and Rent accruals, expenses and Capital Investment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Estate Management, Social Sciences or any other relevant field (But equivalent qualifications and relevant experience can override this).
- Relevant post-graduate qualification and/or Member of Estate Management Council will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
- Business / Market Intelligence.
- Risk and Financial Management.
- High entrepreneurial orientation.
- Ability to handle the pressures of working in a dynamic and result oriented environment.
- Stakeholder Management skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 15 years hands-on Estate management experience, preferably from a blue chip Estate Firm, FMCG, or Banking/Financial Services Sector, eight (8) of which must have been spent in a senior management role.
- Experience practicing in Nigeria is a strong requirement.
- Excellent experience and understanding of Property management procedures.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Power-point, Projects).
- People management experience, including proven ability to identify and develop talents.
