Job Title: Health Record Officer

Location: Alaguntan Iyana, Ipaja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Creating, updating, and maintaining patient health records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Filing and organizing physical and electronic records for easy retrieval.
• Assisting in the preparation of reports, statistics, and audits using health records data.
• Assisting patients with accessing their medical records, ensuring they understand their rights.
• Supervising the work of health records clerks or other support staff.

Requirements

• Qualification: OND qualification.
• 2 years work experience.
• Experience: Previous experience working with health records or in a hospital setting.

Salary
N60,000 monthly.
