Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Alaguntan, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff as they enter the hospital.
  • Answer incoming calls, route them to the correct department or individual.
  • Ensure the waiting area is welcoming, clean, and organized.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Confirm appointments and manage cancellations or rescheduling.

Qualifications

  • OND with 2 years experience in a customer service role, especially in a healthcare setting.

 Salary
N60,000 Monthly.
