We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Heading the Ibadan branch of the company Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Managing and leading the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Overseeing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
• Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft office suite.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
