Job Description

• We are seeking experienced and self-motivated Freelance SAP Human Capital Management (HCM/HR)Trainers to facilitate remote training sessions. Ideal candidates should be disciplined, proactive, and dedicated to delivering high-quality instruction in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive SAP Human Capital Management training in both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Provide ongoing support to trainees during and after the training sessions to assist with system-related issues.
• Offer mentorship and guidance to trainees to enhance their learning experience.
• Develop and update training manuals to ensure content remains current and relevant.

Qualifications

• HND, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in SAP system usage and implementation.
• Strong understanding of business processes and configuration skills within SAP Human Capital Management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively transfer knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with other SAP modules such as SuccessFactorsis a plus.
