Job Description

• We are looking for an attentive and customer-oriented Waitress to join a fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about the menu items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are set up and maintained in accordance with the restaurant's standards.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist with the preparation of the dining area for special events or large parties.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a waitress, preferably in a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
