Job Summary

• The Compliance and Production Officer is responsible for ensuring that all restaurant operations comply with local and federal regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
• This role also involves overseeing the production process in the kitchen to ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and efficiency.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualification

• OND in any of the core sciences (Food Science and Technology), SLT, etc.
