Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, aligning with the curriculum.
• Assess student progress, identifying areas of improvement and providing individualized support.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging student participation and engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods and share best practices.
• Communicate with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of student progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant field.
• Proven teaching experience, specializing in at least two subjects.
• Strong knowledge of the curriculum and teaching methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Computer literate
• Passion for education and commitment to student success.
