Job Title: Floor Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsibile of: Hosts, Waiters, Food Runners, Counter Attendants and other floor staff members
• Liase With: Stewards, Parking Attendants, Waiters on Wheels, Phone Hosts, Bartenders, Kitchen Attendants, Kitchen Shift Leader, Head of Kitchen, Bar and Delivery Team Leaders, Senior Team Leader and Head of Branch
• Mission: Support the floor operations, coordinating the activities of the floor staff and providing quality service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Tasks:

• Assist in the supervision of the floor opening & closing procedures according to checklists.
• Ensure quality standards in product and atmosphere, using records, menus and appropriate reference material.
• Monitor the implementation of standards set for products and practices to ensure food safety.
• Orientate and encourage floor staff to promote menu items pushing sales.
• Provide and / or assist floor staff in providing quality service as per their job descriptions to ensure guests’ satisfaction.
• Ensure good grooming, hygiene, safety and sanitation practices in floor area.
• Contribute in monitoring the floor staff schedule, section rotation, duties, performance and trainings.
• Maintain a professional communication with and among floor staff and with the team leader and head of branch through logbooks, memos, briefings and meetings.
• Collect feedback from guests, handle their complaints and report them to the team leader.
• Report the floor state of operation to the team leader providing advice for possible improvement and perform every other task assigned by the Branch Manager and other Managers.

Salary
N180,000 per month.
