Job Title: Junior Chef
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Follow recipes and menus to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Work efficiently and safely during service
- Collaborate with senior chefs and kitchen staff
- Develop knife skills, cooking techniques, and menu knowledge
- Participate in menu planning and creativity sessions
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 2 - 3 years experience.
- 1-2 years of culinary experience (or recent culinary graduate)
- Basic cooking skills and kitchen knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Food Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
