Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Summary
- This position offers a significant opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring strategic growth and success in achieving sales targets critical to our operations.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the sales team.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintaining product presentation and inventory management.
- Analyzing market trends and sales data to optimize showroom performance.
- Building strong client relationships.
- Overseeing staff training.
- Coordinating with suppliers.
- Driving initiatives to increase showroom traffic and sales conversion rates.
- Managing the showroom’s social media page, including uploading content and providing basic oversight.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership and management, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent content creation abilities
- The ideal candidate should have social savvy.
- Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Minimum of OND / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Candidates should have relevant educational qualifications and at least 2 years of experience in relevant industries and must stay around surulere.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
