Job Title: Shipping & Clearing Specialists

Responsibilities:
- Prepare all shipping documents as necessary
- Prepare Form ‘M’ and ensure copy of approved receipt from respective bank within 48 hours of submission
- Process Duty requisition within 10 business days
- Monitor forwarding and customs clearance of shipment within contracted time
- Review status of clearing reports and check accuracy
- Post clearing report on company intranet and update daily
- Maintain contact with appropriate bank(s) and Government agencies to boost shipping process
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree (minimum of second class lower division) or its equivalent in Science, Engineering or any relevant social science discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years in materials/logistics, procurement, contracts and supply chainin the oil & gas industry and membership of relevant professional body is desirable.
