Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Beauty Therapist specializing in Aesthetics to provide high-quality skin care and aesthetic treatments to our clients.
• The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of aesthetic procedures, be adept at customer service, and have a passion for promoting beauty and wellness.
• You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring clients receive personalized attention and results-driven treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
• Evaluate clients’ skin types and conditions to recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest aesthetic trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive client experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Educate clients on product use, skin care maintenance, and the benefits of treatments.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate client records, documenting treatments and any reactions.
• Assist with the management of supply inventory and salon cleanliness.
• Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and center revenue.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Valid beauty therapy or aesthetic qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC).
• Previous experience in aesthetics preferred, with a proven track record of providing aesthetic treatments.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin types, and common skin conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passionate about continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
• Knowledge of skincare products and a sales-oriented mindset is a plus.
