Sagad Farms is a 1000-acre Rice farm and a 240 ton per day Rice mill located in KM 28 Rano Rurum Road,Tiga Dam area, Rano LGA Kano State Nigeria, which offers a fresh perspective on Nigerian agriculture and rice milling. Dantata Rice is a product of sagad Farms and the farmadopts a revolutionary way of farming, crop building and processing which is yielding tremendous economic and social impact on Nigeria's livelihood and agricultural industry.

Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

• The Project Manager will oversee projects within Sagadfarms Limited ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring potential issues are addressed proactively.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and generate regular reports on project status, progress, and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience in Handly NGO projects.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
