Position Description
  • Register and periodically review the registration list of Addax Contractors in line with company’s policy.
  • Participate in the measurement of Nigerian Content Performance (KPI),
  • Supervise and ensure the logging of all contractors/vendors Registration Certificates (DPR, Income Tax Clearance/Vat, Workmen’s Compensation Insurance Policy & Evidence of Hospital Retainer ship), in order to advice the Contractors/Vendors to validate the certificates when they expire
  • Update vendor data sheet on the intranet on monthly basis
  • Manage the department’s records of Contractors/ vendor documents for quick reference and security
  • Supervise presentations between new capable vendors and relevant internal customers and provide report to management as applicable.
  • Work with the contract holders/analysts to ensure that the Prequalification, Technical and Commercial criteria are in compliance with the Nigerian Content Act 2010.
  • Facilitate NCDMB participation in bid opening and evaluation exercises of Prequalification, technical and commercial within the limit prescribed by the law.
  • Review all outgoing tender documents for NC compliance & correctness
  • Track the submission of Advertisements, ITTs, Evaluation Criteria – Prequalification, Technical and Commercial - to NCDMB and ensure that NCDMB comments are incorporated before publication or before issuing to bidders or vendors.
  • Obtain certification from NCDMB that the evaluation criteria - Prequalification, Technical and Commercial - are in compliance with the Nigerian Content law and subsequent guidelines or directives.
  • Participate in preparation of Nigerian Content presentations for meetings such as TECOM, MACOM & AWARENESS presentation.
  • Work with industry suppliers through Sectoral committees to develop and implement initiatives to improve Nigerian Content in goods, services and equipment supplied to the local industry
Position Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree (minimum of second class lower division) or its equivalent in Science, Engineering or any relevant social science discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years in materials/logistics, procurement, contracts and supply chain in the oil & gas industry and membership of relevant professional body is desirable.
