Job Title: HMO Officer
Location: Alaguntan - Iyana Ipaja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer HMO plans offered by the organization.
- Ensure that the plans comply with healthcare regulations and meet the needs of the insured members
- Liaise with healthcare providers to negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
- Oversee the processing of claims to ensure timely payment and resolution of disputes.
- Address inquiries from members regarding their healthcare plans, benefits, and claims.
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare management, insurance, or a related field.
- Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND OND.
- 1 - 2 years work experience.
Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 / Month.
