We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Group Head - Strategy (Research and Communication)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the organization's long-term goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define business strategies and initiatives.
• Lead market research efforts to gather and analyze data on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the organization's brand and reputation.
• Oversee the creation of internal and external communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, and reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and industry partners.
• Present research results to stakeholders, including management, colleagues, or clients, using visual aids and presentations to effectively communicate key insights.
• Conduct literature reviews to gather background information and ensure that the research is informed by existing studies and theories.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports that include findings, interpretations, and recommendations, ensuring that the reports are clear, accurate, and well-organized.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, research, and communication roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives.
• Understanding of ethical guidelines and regulations

Salary
N600,000 - N800,000 monthly.
