Job Title: Account / Sales Officer

Job Summary

• The Account / Sales Officer is responsible for managing and recording all sales transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the sales team with financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily sales transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data in the accounting system.
• Handle invoicing, billing, and processing of customer payments.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide financial insights and support.
• Liaise with other departments such as Operations, Customer Service, and Finance.
• Manage sale department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in sales andaccounting, preferably in a sales or revenue accounting role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
