Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Abuja and Northern Nigeria region.
  • As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market share in the Abuja and Northern Nigeria region.
  • You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the successful execution of our sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and coaching.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Requirements
