Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring product availability, accurate pricing, and up-to-date product information.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities across various digital sales channels and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales.
  • Optimize product listings and ads on these platforms to increase visibility and sales
  • Collaborate with other departments to create targeted online campaigns and promotions that align with sales objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the online catalog, including product descriptions, images, and categories.
  • Monitor customer feedback and online reviews to identify areas for improvement in the user experience.
  • Implement A/B testing and other tools to continuously improve the online shopping experience and conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and cart abandonment rates.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize necessary tools software to monitor user behavior and optimize the customer journey
  • Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Manage product returns, exchanges, and customer service inquiries related to online sales.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to drive traffic to the online store through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Optimize product listings and pages for search engines to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and flash sales to boost e-commerce revenue.
