Job Description
- PLC programming using Siemens software’s (Siemens S7, WINCC FLEXIBLE, WINCC EXPLORER, PROTOCOL) for machine automation or modification
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain various TIC/PID controllers, frequency drive inverters and process instrument
- Installation/Calibration/Setting of parameters of various temperature/pressure indicating controller Calibration of proportional valves, i.e. Spirax Sarco, Deufra, Samson Valves.
- Maintain and install purely pneumatic controlled equipment such as Diaphragm pump, Air actuated valves etc.
- Maintain process equipment such as; Milk and Tomato Pasteurizers, Product Sterilizers, Filling and Seaming lines.
- Maintain and troubleshoot fully automatic packing machines. Maintain and repair of various production line printers.
Requirements
- B.Sc. (Eng.) Electrical Engineering.
- Years of experience 5.
