Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to ensure our operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• The ideal candidate will monitor and enforce compliance policies, company rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement compliance policies and procedures.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to rules and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments.
• Provide support to staff on compliance issues.
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and breaches.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc or HND.
• Proven experience in a compliance role or related field.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and implement compliance strategies and procedures.
