We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Company Driver

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing
  • Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance
  • Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management
  • Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
  • Driving executives to meetings, conferences, social engagements, and other events as requested
  • Safely transporting company staff as well as various products and materials to and from specified locations on time
  • Monitoring traffic conditions, including, road construction and congestion, and relaying information to the executives in advance so that alternative arrangements can be made.
  • Good knowledge of traffic regulation and always ensuring full compliance always.
  • Working independently and adhering to established company policies and guidelines.
  • Punctuality in attendance and strictly maintaining timing schedules
  • Display a good behaviour, excellent manners and helping attitude.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality Ability to work flexible schedule as the job may require working weekends, long distance travel etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification of OND
  • Requires driving experience of over 7 years.
  • Valid Drivers license - Clean driving record.
  • Sound knowledge of road safety regulations and local roads and routes.
  • The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to speak and read English.
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Good dress sense and attention to Detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
