Job Title: Associate (Transactions)

Job Details
- Draft, review and negotiate broad range commercial agreements related to the energy, finance & shipping.
- Advise business stakeholders on project bids, risk, due diligence and other related matters.
- Advise stakeholders on possible legal risk and provide mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance to client’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist to draft policies, guidelines, legal templates and other documents to ensure best practices.
- Attend to all aspects and issues related to project development and financing.
- Structure, draft, review and effectively negotiate membership interest purchase and sale agreements, power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement and construction contracts.
- Perform diligence and provide diligence guidance to development teams and external counsel regarding project acquisition and greenfield development.
- Provide general legal counsel and strategic guidance to other Associates in the department.
