Job Description

• We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Yoruba Teacher to join our primary school team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Yoruba language and culture to students from Grades 1-6.
• This role requires a teacher who can inspire a love for the Yoruba language, promote cultural awareness, and create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Yoruba curriculum that aligns with national education standards.
• Teach Yoruba language, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, to primary school students.
• Introduce students to Yoruba culture, traditions, history, and values.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the overall educational goals of the school.
