Job Overview

  • The Fibre Optics Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and promoting the company’s fibre optics products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • This role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • The sales executive will work closely with the technical and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fibre optics market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Present and demonstrate fibre optics products and services to prospective clients.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential areas for growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Customer Engagement:

  • Engage with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the technical team to understand product specifications and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.

Sales Reporting:

  • Track and report on sales activities, targets, and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes in the CRM system.

After-Sales Support:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and addressing any issues post-sale.
  • Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector, with a focus on fibre optics.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of fibre optics technology and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N110,000 - N120,000 monthly.
