Mayfair Gardens Property Owners and Residents Association (MAGPORA) is an association founded to promote and foster healthy communal relations amongst the residents of Mayfair Gardens Estate, Awoyaya. The Association over the last 5 years has taken a new direction of coordinating the management of the estate through the Facility Management Office of the estate, providing security and other social and infrastructural amenities for all residents and stakeholders.

1.) Junior Electrician
Location: Lagos
Salary: N70,000 - N80,000 Monthly.

2.) Security Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Salary: N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.

3.) Accountant
Location: Lagos
Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
