Job Summary

- We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented offline sales and marketing executive to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and promoting our solar energy solutions through direct and offline marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Sales Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients, including businesses and individuals, who are not reached through online channels.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Pitch our solar energy products and services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and value propositions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery and installation of solar energy systems.
Marketing Activities:
- Develop and execute offline marketing campaigns, including events, exhibitions, and presentations, to promote our solar energy solutions.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and posters, to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns.
Networking and Partnerships:
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company’s network and identify potential business partners.
- Develop partnerships with other businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance our market presence.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance analysis.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven Experience in sales and Marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
- Strong understanding of offline Marketing Techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with the Lagos market and its dynamics is a plus.
