Job Title: Social Media Marketer

Job Description

• The Social Media Marketer is responsible for maintaining the company’s brand online presence and sales by working on various marketing campaigns.
• Duties include researching, strategizing with other professionals and creating content for successful campaigns, and sales leads that are convertible to business.

• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Crafting engaging contents on our social media platforms.
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
• Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Analysing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in relevant field
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Strong organisational skill
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members when necessary
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: N150,000 Gross Monthly.
• HMO, 13th month salary and bonus.
