We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Admin Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • Assist the administrative team in day-to-day tasks, including billing, data entry, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodation for staff members/Expatriate.
  • Conduct of basic compliance (Quality and regulatory) inspections on the stores routinely
  • Assist in preparing expense reports and maintaining financial records
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to fleet operations, such as Vehicles registration, insurance, and inspection records.
  • Monitor the inventory of spare parts and essential supplies or the fleet.
  • Regularly update databases and create reports on fleet activities, including fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, and repairs.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, such as repair shops, fuel suppliers, and insurance providers.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to fleet operations, such as AMAC, vehicle safety standards, registrations, and permits.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience in administration roles or similar positions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
  • Preferably: Male (For Gender Balance).
