Job Summary

• The Creative Director is responsible for developing and executing the company’s visual identity and brand messaging across all platforms.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision to lead the creative team and produce compelling work.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts for a variety of marketing materials including digital and print advertisements, exhibition booth designs, and social media graphics.
• Video Production: Oversee the production of video content, from concept development to final editing.
• Motion Graphics: Create dynamic visual elements for marketing campaigns and other projects.
• Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a creative team to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Platform Management: Oversee the company's YouTube channel, ensuring engaging content and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar role
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of design principles and trends
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for storytelling and brand building
