Finicky Clean Limited is an indigenous company that has distinguished itself in the cleaning service industry. We engage in general cleaning of corporate offices, resident homes, hotels, shopping malls, industrial complexes, school complexes as well as the post construction sites just to mention a few.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role

  • The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that business processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals.
  • This role involves managing resources, coordinating between different departments, and implementing strategies to improve overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Efficiency:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Streamline processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze the current system of production or provision to check its effectiveness and work out a strategy for improvement if necessary.

Resource Management:

  • Manage budgets, resources, and staff to ensure optimal use.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet operational needs and goals.
  • Ensure that resources are utilized in the most effective way.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage teams, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Strategic Planning:

  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business operations.
  • Contribute to the development of operational strategy.

Vendor and Client Relations:

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective procurement of resources.
  • Address and resolve any issues with clients or vendors promptly.

Reporting:

  • Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and track performance against goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.

Requirements
Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial data.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead a team.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficient in using operational management software.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and performance metrics.
