Brilliant Performance Solutions Limited - Our client that operates Service Apartments within Ogba, Ikeja - Lagos currently requires the services of suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Ogba - Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests to the company standards.
• Provide keys, show guests to rooms / apartments on / off site (NB. Some apartments may be a short walk away)
• Advise guests on room / apartment features / utilities / local amenities
• Provide excellent customer service at all times and deal with all calls & emails efficiently and effectively.
• Liaise with all managers on any issues and concerns.
• Inputting high volume reservations correctly and noting any special requests.
• Promoting and upselling the property’s facilities – be a brand ambassador for the property
• Ensuring billing is correctly carried out to the hotel standards.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND / B.Sc Degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience the hospitality Industry. Previous experience in service apartments will be an advantage
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive outlook and a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Previous experience in a Hotel Reception / Serviced apartments / Guesthouse preferred
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Flexible with working hours
• Ability to work under pressure and excellent team player
• Track record of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good Word and Excel ability
• Experience in the use of channel management systems (SiteMinder, Booking.com, Expedia etc.) also an advantage
• Team player.
