We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Team Lead - Credit Analysis & Processing
Location: Victoria, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Review consumer loans for public and private sector employees
- Review SME loans, corporate loans and specialized loans for Business entities
- Ensure customers’ loan records are duly updated on the various credit bureaus.
- Approve loans reviewed by team members within Team Lead’s approval limit
- Maintain a record of both approved loans and declined loans
- Collaborate with the Sales/Business Team to develop loan products.
- Prepare reports as may be required by executive management within stipulated time frame.
- Workout an effective and efficient workflow for processing transactions with the team at regular interval
- Collaborate with the portfolio management team and recovery team to regularize non-performing loans.
