Job Description

• We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Team Members to join our cinema team.
• As a Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized concession stand and cinema area.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
• Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash.
