Newedge Finance Limited is a licensed finance company founded in 2019. 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Deposit Mobilization Manager

Location: Ogba, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly deposit mobilization targets set by management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing campaigns, promotions, and collateral materials tailored to target audiences.
• Drive deposit mobilization efforts by identifying and nurturing relationships with potential depositors, including high net-worth individuals, corporations, and institutional clients.
• Implement innovative approaches to attract new deposits and increase retention rates of existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact for deposit-related inquiries and services.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential market segments, trends, and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the finance industry and provide insights and recommendations for enhancing deposit mobilization strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on deposit mobilization activities, performance metrics, and market insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in deposit mobilization within the finance industry, with a proven track record of successfully achieving deposit mobilization targets with a strong network of contacts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans with stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities.
