Job Summary

• Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for crafting compelling content and managing social media? Join our client, an educational consulting firm, and become a key member of its Communications and Engagement team.
• In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the firm’s communication strategies and enhancing its engagement with the education community.

Scope

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the firm’s mission, values, and objectives in the education sector.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the firm’s social media channels, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence that resonates with educators, students, and other stakeholders.
• Strategy Development: Create and implement communication and engagement initiatives to increase brand awareness and foster deeper connections within the education community.
• Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the firm's brand image through strategic communication efforts that highlight its expertise in educational consulting.
• Engagement Tactics: Develop innovative strategies to boost audience engagement and interaction, particularly with educational institutions and professionals.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 experience in content creation and social media management.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of brand management and engagement strategies.
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
