Job Summary

• We are currently seeking for qualified and enthusiastic people with vibrant and excellent communication skills to be the friendly voice of our company.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a positive attitude.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction and performance targets.

Requirements

• BSc (2:2 only) in any field
• Not older than 26 years of age at the time of application
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Suites
• Eloquent and Smart attitude to work.

Benefits

• Salary: N85,000 - N140,000 Monthly.
• Pension
• HMO.
