PalmPay is an Africa-focused fintech firm, launched in 2019. PalmPay is a mobile payments platform that offers a number of financial services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Biller Product Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Compare the company’s products to competitor’s products to assess competition in the market.
• Provide management with analyses and reports and respond to questions and requests from management.
• Review and adjust inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability.

Requirements

• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required since the Product Manager has to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management and consumers of the company’s products.
• Familiar with the Vas (Biller) product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge (Airtime, Data, Electricity, Betting etc).
• Ability to write requirements documentation, communicate with IT developers, and urge it to go live on time.
• Ability to maintain keen attention to detail, especially on response code, and fix error response code as soon as possible.
• A natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative.
• Team player who collaborates well with others.
• Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience.
