Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Asaba, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct the activities of production personnel to ensure timely and efficient completion of production goals.
• Monitor production schedules, quality standards, and output to identify and address any issues.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, quality control, and maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations.
• Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and performance.
• Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Resolve production issues and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is desirable.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in a food manufacturing company is a plus.
• Knowledge of production equipment and processes.
• Ability to use measuring tools and understand quality control standards.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
