Job Description

  • We are looking for a Business Development manager who will be responsible for the Conception, Planning, Research, Development and execution of the Business Plan.
  • Creating development plans and forecasting targets and growth projections
  • Continuously monitor Client satisfaction and resolve any arising discrepancies
  • Submit accurate and thorough business development, sales and activity reports, forecasts, and expense reports to Management.
  • Work closely with existing and new suppliers to maximize technical and commercial presentation of quotations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to QHSE policies and procedures and comply with safe work methods as required.
  • Perform any other duty that may be assigned by the Supervisor/line Manager.
  • Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels
  • Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
  • Preparing financial projections and targets
  • Work on your initiative to identify and pursue new target markets
  • Work with the team to develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objections
  • Producing reports for management
  • Training business developers and sales colleagues
  • Working in a client’s business or an office.

Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc. / B.Eng. in any relevant field
  • 10 -15 years’ experience in real estate, manufacturing and construction.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

  • Experience working with or in the construction, real estate sector is preferred
  • The ideal candidate will have an established network of professionals and buyers within the industry
