We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Care Officer

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media, providing detailed and accurate information about travel packages, services, and destinations.
  • Booking Assistance: Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, and other services. Ensure that all bookings are accurate and meet the client's preferences.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues promptly, working to resolve them to the customer's satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure clients are satisfied with their travel experience and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company’s travel offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide clients with the best possible advice and service.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a smooth customer experience from booking to travel completion.
  • Emergency Support: Provide 24/7 support to customers during their travel, helping them with any issues or changes that may arise.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
