We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Officer

Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Roles & Responsibilities

  • Tour Coordination: Plan and organize tours, including transportation, accommodation, activities, and other logistics. Ensure that all arrangements are in place and run smoothly.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with service providers, including hotels, transportation companies, tour guides, and other vendors. Negotiate contracts and monitor service quality.
  • Itinerary Management: Design and refine travel itineraries, ensuring they are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with client expectations. Update itineraries based on changes in client preferences or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, including vehicles, staff, and equipment, to ensure efficient operations. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement as needed.
  • Customer Support: Work closely with the Customer Care team to address any operational issues that arise during tours or travel, providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Budget Management: Assist in preparing and managing operational budgets, ensuring that all activities are conducted within the allocated budget. Track expenses and optimize costs without compromising service quality.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify trends, measure performance, and make informed decisions. Provide regular reports to management on operational performance and challenges.
  • Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure that operational activities align with overall business objectives.
  • Crisis Management: Develop and implement contingency plans to address emergencies or disruptions in travel plans. Ensure that the team is prepared to handle crises effectively.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
