Job Title: Customer Service and Support Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Support Officer.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times to enhance customer experience.
• Update and manage customer accounts and records.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or OND in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 - N125,000 / month.
