Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Support Officer.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times to enhance customer experience.
- Update and manage customer accounts and records.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Assist in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma or OND in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
Salary
N100,000 - N125,000 / month.
