Covenant Microfinance Bank Limited was incorporated as a private limited liability company on May 6, 2003 and commenced operations on March 15, 2004 as Covenant University Community Bank Limited (CUCB LTD). Converted to a Microfinance Bank in line with Central Bank of Nigeria’s directive to all Community Banks and commenced business as such on January 11, 2008. Granted license to operate as a State Microfinance Bank in December, 2012, having met the prescribed N100 million minimum capital requirement. In 2014, became one of the first Microfinance Banks to generate the 10-digit Nigeria Uniform Bank Account Number (NUBAN) for all its customers after successfully signing up for integration to NCS.

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager for MSMEs to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of MSME clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing customized solutions to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with MSME clients, providing them with tailored financial products and
• services.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the MSMEsector.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client financial needs and risks to propose appropriate financial solutions.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure timely repayments and manage creditrisk.
• Provide financial advice and support to help clients grow and sustain their businesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and industry best practices affecting MSMEs.
