Job Title: Head, People and Culture

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the development of HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and employee development programs
  • Foster a positive organizational culture, promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Manage HR budgets and report on HR metrics

Requirements

  • MBA or Master’s in Social Sciences
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior HR role
  • Mandatory CIPM membership 
  • Strong background in people management, organizational development, and culture building
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HR software
  • Proven experience in driving cultural change and improving employee engagement
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in consulting and project management
  • Strong business analytical skills.
