Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with expertise in both design and supervision to join our growing team.
  • The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and safety of our construction projects by developing robust structural designs and overseeing their implementation on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Structural Design: Create detailed structural designs for a variety of building types, ensuring compliance with local building codes, standards, and best practices.
  • Project Supervision: Monitor and supervise construction activities to ensure that all work is carried out according to the design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Coordination: Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure the seamless integration of structural elements into overall project designs.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and address any issues that arise during construction, providing timely and effective solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site visits to inspect the quality of work, materials, and adherence to the design, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review technical reports, design calculations, drawings, and construction documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building and construction.
  • Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro, ETABS).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
