Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and engagement strategy.
• As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and foster community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Create and curate high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and captions
• Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing and communications plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Candidate must reside in Abuja preferably around Utako
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics software
