Job Title: Auto-Electrician

Overall Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly skilled Auto-Electrician to perform auto electrical maintenance, installations, troubleshooting and repairs of heavy duty equipments essential to our mining operation
• Prior experience in electrical components repairs/maintenance of STONE CRUSHER machines is highly sorted.
• As a crusher electrician, your primary responsibility is to ensure the electrical systems and components of the crushing machines are operating efficiently and safely.
• The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise, a keen attention to detail, self-driven and a commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards.

Requirements / Responsibilities

• Vocational training, Trade Test or prior Auto-electrical experience is preferred.
• Strong work ethic.
• Required to work all week (inclusive of Sunday’s), but work schedule is weather dependent, so flexibility is highly encouraged.
• A willingness to work paid overtime, as required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work standing or in a crouched position for long period.
• Diagnose auto-electrical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Responsible for performing general electrical repairs to all crushing equipment, to include; perform routine inspections, repairs, and maintenance on all electrical equipment and systems within the crusher machine, including motors, control panels, lighting, and other electrical components .
• Identify electrical failures and future preventive maintenance needs.
• Understand and follow directions from supervisors, which is not limited to undertaking other related electrical duties as directed.
• Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety policies and encourage all employees, sub-contractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.
• Understand and comply with Company policies and procedures.

Greengrass Investment Limited offers a competitive salary package, with a gross salary of N140,000 Monthly, paid overtime, and performance bonuses.
