Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced swimming coach to join their dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and mentoring young athletes, fostering a positive and inclusive swimming environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive swimming training programs tailored to various skill levels.
• Provide expert coaching and guidance to swimmers of all ages, from beginners to competitive athletes.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of swimmers during training sessions and competitions.
• Maintain a positive and supportive team atmosphere.
• Organize and participate in swimming competitions and events.
• Collaborate with school administration and staff to promote swimming programs and recruit new participants.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience as a swimming coach or instructor
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Certification in swimming coaching or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swimming techniques
